@leighblue: Good luck finding it! I still don't have a UK publisher. I had one for about 4 years, but they lost patience with me and canceled. Now we're trying to line up a new one, but everybody in London is so poor and gunshy at the moment that it's a struggle.

Good luck. I'm sure he will be nicer to you than to Jim. You are on the side of Jon Stewart's angels. Shame we can't watch it in real time here in the UK, but I will try and see it tomorrow. Your book still isn't on the shelves of my local store here, but I'll keep looking.
