		<description>I guess the only complaint that I have with regard to deficit discussions is the difference between &quot;operating&quot; deficits and &quot;capital expenditure&quot; deficits.     I really thing we should separate out investment in things like infrastructure (new, or major repairs to -- filling potholes doesn&#039;t count, resurfacing a road does) or battleships, and money used for &quot;day to day&quot; expenses.

Thus, I think there is something unfair about characterizing all of Obama&#039;s &quot;economic stimulus&quot; deficits the same way -- that we need to look differntly at the infrastructure portion as opposed to the tax cut idea.</description>
